This year, Simplify Life Your Way has decided to make one major impact in the community by donating a $1000 moving support package to a low-income senior living in the Vernon or Coldstream city limits. Rather than offering smaller donations throughout the year, we’re focusing on one meaningful gift to change someone’s life during a major life transition.

💛 What’s Included (Valued at $1000):

• Gentle de-cluttering and downsizing support

• Donation coordination

• Unpacking and accessibility-focused setup in the new home

• Functional organizing systems for a stress-free fresh start

• Optional add-ons (discounted): dump/recycle runs

Note: Packing and moving company services are not included.

📋 Who Can Apply:

• Seniors aged 65+ as of 2025

• Must live within Vernon BC or Coldstream BC city limits

• Must be low-income and planning a move

• The winner can use the service between January 1 and December 15, 2026

• Applications must include a letter written by the senior or a loved one explaining why support is needed.  Details for the application and how to apply will be included in the download upon checkout of this product. The senor or loved one must have an email address and phone number to apply at checkout.

• Contest Opens: August 1, 2025

• Contest Closes: October 30, 2025

• Winner Announced: December 19, 2025

• Services Redeemable: January 1 – December 15, 2026

A volunteer committee will review all submissions and select a recipient based on:

• Level of financial and/or physical need

• Size and complexity of the move

• Emotional or health challenges

• Potential impact on the senior’s quality of life
